Our succulent pork, sausage and bacon products are hand picked and sourced from the finest quality Irish pork. We select only trusted Irish farmers who raise their animals in 100% natural surroundings to give our pork it’s distinctive natural flavour.
A BREED ABOVE THE REST
We use one of the oldest rare breeds of pigs in existence today. This breed is easily identified by its black coat which sports a unique, flashy white belt around its shoulder area that includes both front legs. These pigs are traditional to Ireland and were first recorded as ‘Old English’ hogs in 1825.
Ireland is widely known throughout the World for its lush and fertile landscape where pigs have been farmed for generations, and it is from these animals that we select our pork according to age, weight and fat cover before they are expertly prepared and trimmed by hand to produce our kitchen ready cuts.
