CHEF’S IRISH BEEF CLUB
Allan was delighted to attend the recent Chef’s Irish Beef Club held at the stunning At.Mosphere Burj Khalifa, Dubai.
The club is an exclusive international forum bringing together some of Europe’s leading chefs who collectively endorse Irish beef. Guests were served an exciting array of culinary delights including John Stone’s Dry Aged Beef Loin.

BuJo in Sandymount Square, Dublin is now open for business. BuJo has been developed from the ground up by starting with the ingredients first. The World BBQ championships were held in Ireland for the very first time in October. The event was held at the Peoples Park in Limerick city with teams from all around competing for the crown of World BBQ Champs. John Stone was the official sponsor and supplier of all meats used at the event. Beef Briskets, Pork Boston Butts, Pork St Louis Ribs, Fresh Chickens and Irish Trout was cooked to Perfection at the event. EXCELLENCE FROM FARM TO TABLE
Excellence 17 is a Bi-Annual event run by Albers GmbH to coincide with Anuga in Cologne. The aim of the event is to bring together the cream of the industry meat brands along with their experts from farm supply base, the Producer and Chefs from around Germany who use the product in their restaurants with the Chef cooking the meat product how he likes to present it to his customers. Gold at the World Steak Challenge! Our customers have known for a long time that John Stone stands for the highest levels of consistency and quality in Dry Aged Beef. Normally we do not enter awards as we believe our customers should attain the highest awards. This year one of our customers asked if they could enter on our behalf, we agreed as we felt that this was a true reflection of quality and not a specially selected piece just for judging, we won Gold. Bedrock Bar & Grill is one of the most Iconic steakhouses in Singapore and Allan has been working with Chef Isaac Tan for a number of years with the group of restaurants. Isaac looks for products with great provenance and more importantly knowing the producer personally. A number of times per year Bedrock select meat cuts that are presented to diners alongside the regular menu to taste the flavours of the world of meat, John Stone is very proud to be a partner in this World Series.
