John had an illustrious career at the forefront of the beef industry, earning a Royal Warrant and an MBE for his services to the industry. A true Master Butcher, his unwavering commitment to quality, craftsmanship and exceptional service continues to shape the values at the heart of the John Stone brand.

Category Sales Specialist
Thomas is a customer-focused Office Administrator with a business degree and strong beef industry experience. With a background in sales and hospitality, he brings expertise in order processing, customer service and administration, while developing his role as an Irish Customer Account Manager, supporting existing customers and identifying new business.
RAYAN FLORES
Dispatch Manager
Rayan is a highly organised Dispatch Manager with five years’ experience in the beef processing industry. He oversees export dispatch, ensuring products are accurately prepared, checked and shipped to meet customer specifications and shipping requirements.
TIM STONE
Managing Director
Tim has been instrumental in establishing the John Stone process and brand in Ireland more than 30 years. As a sixth-generation butcher and son of founder John Stone, he brings a deep understanding of quality meat, traditional butchery and the values behind the business. As Managing Director, he continues the tradition of excellence that the John Stone brand and his father legacy stands for.
CHRISTOPHER MAGUIRE
Production Manager
Christopher is a dedicated Production Manager with four years’ experience in the beef industry. Joining John Stone as an Operations Production Graduate, he has progressed through the business, developing strong expertise in production planning, forecasting and process efficiency, ensuring customer demand is met while maximising yield.
ALEKSANDRA KLYS
Despatch Supervisor
Aleksanolra is a reliable Dispatch Supervisor with six years’ experience in the beef industry. Working closely with the Rayan, she ensures customer orders are accurately picked, checked and prepared for dispatch, while overseeing stock levels, rotation and order picking.
JONATHAN CAHILL
Sales Director
Jonathan is a third-generation Master Butcher with over decades of experience spanning retail, foodservice and global food businesses. His career has given him a deep understanding of the industry. His passion for quality, respect for the animal and a commitment to sustainable husbandry is at the forefront of everything he does.
ADEON MOREIRA DE ANDRADE
Master Butcher
Adeon is a highly experienced Master Butcher with over 25 years in beef processing and butchery. He oversees cutting to specification for Irish customers, ensuring consistent quality and precise customer requirements, backed by extensive expertise in beef boning, cutting and quality control.
MARCELLA REILLY
Account Manager
Marcella is Export Account Manager, managing and developing key international customer accounts and overseeing the complete export process, including documentation. She brings six years of experience with John Stone and a strong focus on long-term customer relationships.
SANDRA DA SILVA ALVES
Butcher
Sandra is a highly skilled butcher with eight years’ experience in beef processing and production. She specialises in the precise cutting, trimming and preparation of beef, ensuring products consistently meet customer specifications and high quality standards.
PAT CARTHY
Logistics
Pat has over 20 years’ experience delivering across all of Ireland. He is well known for his friendly, customer-focused approach, he goes above and beyond to ensure customers are well looked after and is a valued member of the team.
