John Stone, a liveryman since 1965, was at the forefront of the gourmet meat industry throughout his lifetime. He was an enigmatic presence at any table whether in business or socially.

His lineage is impressive with four generations of butchers before him and has been at the forefront of the beef industry for many years. He has had an illustrious career supplying the finest beef to the finest establishments around the world. He has held a Royal Warrant and has been awarded an MBE for services to the industry.

This, combined with a unique dry ageing process creates a highly distinctive flavour and the most succulent meat.
